About KV Bokaro No.3

The Kendriya Vidyalaya are run by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body formed by the Ministry of Education (H.R.D.), Govt. of India, New Delhi in 1965, taking 20 Regimental schools. At present there are 1093 schools including 3 schools abroad (i.e. Moscow, Kathmandu and Teheran). These are Co-educational Vidyalayas primarily cater to the educational needs of the children of Central Government employees including defence personnel liable to frequent transfers throughout the country and floating population.

The K V No. 3 Bokaro is a Civil Sector School (under S E Railways Bokaro). Open on 01.11.1988, covering large area and It has its own pucca grand building having spacious classrooms, big library of good books, well equipped computer labs, a levelled playground surrounded by high boundary walls from all sides to provide a safe and suitable environment. It is a co-educational institution from I to XII.
